We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Assistant to join our team at Excelya. As a Clinical Trial Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical trials secretariat of a pharmaceutical laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain clinical trial documents in VeevaVault eTMF, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Perform administrative and budgetary tasks throughout the clinical trial process, including setup, monitoring, and closure.
- Participate in project team meetings and contribute to the success of our clinical trials.
- At least 2 years of experience in a clinical trials secretariat role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Desirable experience with eTMF VeevaVault or similar systems.
- Ability to adapt quickly to system tools such as SAP/iBuy, CTMS VeevaVault, and DocuSign.
- Strong team spirit, adaptability, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Rigorous and detail-oriented with a focus on quality control.
