Position Overview:

The role involves overseeing property assets for a consortium of enterprises within a European framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking asset movements, including transfers, disposals, and inter-company transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of property assets across various business units.
  • Record and monitor asset movements and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Input capital expenditure data into the SAP/R3 system.
  • Create and maintain asset records and investment orders within SAP/R3.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for asset transactions.
  • Follow up on outstanding actions related to asset management.
  • Collaborate on monthly reporting of investments.
  • Assist in internal controls, audits, and tax-related activities.
  • Conduct physical inventory assessments on-site.
  • Provide support to operational teams regarding accounting matters.

Candidate Profile:

  • Educational background in accounting or finance (Bac+3 level or equivalent).
  • Experience in accounting through internships or apprenticeship programs.
  • Proficient in Excel and ideally familiar with SAP software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English is required.
