We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic receptionist to join our team at a leading pharmaceutical company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Welcoming clients and visitors
• Answering phone calls and taking messages
• Managing mail, packages, and couriers
• Booking travel arrangements
• Creating badges and managing alarms
• Coordinating meeting rooms and office supplies
• Performing other administrative tasks

This is a part-time position (25 hours/week) with a flexible schedule.
