Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments within the Worldline group, as well as with the extensive network of Data Protection Officers across our global business lines and subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and guide major cross-functional privacy initiatives at both national and international levels.
- Ensure adherence to group data protection policies and procedures, complying with both local and international regulations.
- Maintain accurate records in our data management tool, and respond to inquiries from data subjects effectively.
- Provide expert guidance on managing data breaches, ensuring compliance with legal obligations.
- Support the organization with specialized knowledge in data protection and privacy matters.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
- Certification as a Data Protection Officer (CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT, etc.) is preferred.
- Extensive operational experience in data protection and privacy management.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects related to data protection compliance.
- In-depth understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.
- Fluency in English is essential.
