Overview:

As an HSE Activity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in executing the health, safety, and environmental policies of Cdiscount, with a primary focus on our e-commerce logistics operations. Your expertise will ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HSE policy through tailored agreements and procedures for various operational sites.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and occupational illnesses, formulating effective action plans.
  • Work closely with site management to establish a comprehensive safety strategy aimed at preventing workplace accidents and health issues.
  • Assess occupational hazards, identify regulatory obligations, and guarantee compliance.
  • Deliver training sessions on risk prevention for employees and internal trainers.
  • Oversee the annual HSE training program and ensure that internal training materials are up-to-date.
  • Participate in logistics development initiatives and manage the maintenance of safety equipment.
  • Conduct audits and HSE evaluations to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong commitment to fostering a safety-oriented culture and managing HSE projects. A solid understanding of HSE regulations, particularly those related to environmental protection and fire safety, is crucial. You should be an effective communicator and collaborative team member, capable of juggling multiple projects efficiently.
