Youth Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Worker to join our team at the Département du Nord. As a key member of our Enfance en Maison Nord Solidarités (MNS) team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and their families.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive plans to address the needs of children and their families.
• Provide individual and group support to children, focusing on their social and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement effective interventions.
• Conduct home visits and engage with families to build strong relationships and promote positive outcomes.
