Workshop Production Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Production Supervisor to join our team in Herbignac. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our milk drying installations.

• Optimize material balance within the production process.
• Collaborate with support functions to establish sector priorities and ensure alignment with overall production goals.
• Coordinate activities between upstream and downstream processes to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Actively participate in safety and quality audits, upholding strict standards throughout the facility.
• Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in production management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within the food industry.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate your team.
