Job Description: Software Application Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Application Analyst to join our client's team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development and implementation of web and mobile applications.
- Functional Expertise: You will be responsible for the functional aspects of a software application, ensuring it meets user requirements and business objectives.
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed functional requirements, prioritize requests, and provide clear guidance throughout the development process.
- Documentation & Design: Create comprehensive functional specifications and wireframes using FIGMA to visualize the application's user interface and functionality.
- Project Management: Utilize JIRA to manage project progress, define version scope, create tasks/stories, and prioritize activities to ensure timely delivery.
- User Engagement & Feedback: Actively engage with end-users to gather feedback, identify new requirements, and ensure the application aligns with their needs.
- Testing & Deployment: Coordinate functional testing, approve deployments, and provide training to end-users on the new or updated application features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing product manager to support pre-launch activities and ensure a successful product launch.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software development
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a holistic approach to projects
