We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced User Experience Research Specialist to join our team at 2K. As a User Experience Research Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting user research studies to inform game design and development decisions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  1. Designing and implementing research protocols to gather data on player behavior and preferences.
  2. Analyzing data to identify trends and insights that inform design decisions.
  3. Collaborating with game teams to develop user research roadmaps and ensure that research findings are integrated into game development.
  4. Providing strategic insights to game teams and other key departments to inform design and development decisions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in UX Design/User Research, preferably in the games industry.
  2. A Master's degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Ergonomics, or Sociology/Anthropology.
  3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
  4. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
