About the Role:
We are seeking a Meat and Packaging Manager (H/F) in CDI for one of our clients, a specialized company in poultry transformation. The successful candidate will be attached to the workshop manager at the Chavagnes-en-Paillers site. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to transforming raw materials into finished or semi-finished products in the best possible conditions (costs, deadlines, quality). Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the reliability of stock by maintaining a permanent follow-up
- Identifying outgoing products
- Updating daily stock records
- Assembling machines
The working hours for this position are 35 hours per week. The compensation package includes a fixed salary (x 13) + interest + participation in profits + Employee Savings Plan.
Required Profile:
We are looking for a candidate who is willing to invest in our Group for the long term. You should be ready to undergo comprehensive training on the site.
