We are seeking a highly skilled Manager CSRD & Reporting ESG to join our team at Omeva, a leading recruitment agency dedicated to the transition social, sociétale, and environnementale. As a key member of our Sustainability Department, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients' sustainability strategies and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, diagnostic, strategy development, and KPI tracking.
- Participate in the optimization of organizations and processes related to ESG reporting.
- Support large corporate clients, such as ETI, in addressing the challenges of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
- Coordinate research, document analysis, regulatory, and market monitoring on CSRD.
- Lead active prospecting to identify potential clients and missions related to CSRD and ensure the preparation of responses to tender calls.
- Pilot and manage missions in close collaboration with clients, coordinating the work of the team.
- Write articles/studies on CSRD issues and communicate expertise through seminars or conferences.
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or company with significant experience in RSE/ESG issues, including technical problems and normalization of sustainability reporting.
- Knowledge of the large group or ETI environment is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in preparing, verifying, or using/analyzing extra-financial information, as well as existing norms and reporting frameworks in the field of sustainability.
- Strong understanding of CSRD issues and a fine grasp of the RSE strategy of companies.
- Recognized for your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously, you possess solid commercial development and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relational skills, you are convincing and adaptable, with demonstrated management skills.
Fluency in French and English is essential; other languages are appreciated.
