Youth Development Educator

GROUPE HOSPITALIER PAUL GUIRAUD is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Educator for Young Children to join our team at the Centre Hospitalier Interdépartemental de Psychiatrie de l'Enfant de l'Adolescent « Fondation Vallée ».

The Educator for Young Children will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 12-15 who are hospitalized for psychiatric treatment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a passion for working with children.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of each child.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support for each child.
• Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in child care and education.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children in a healthcare or educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
