Position Title: Research Intern in Microbial Fermentation

Contract Duration: Internship opportunity

Compensation: Aligned with internal remuneration standards

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute fermentation processes utilizing plant-derived substrates in laboratory-scale fermenters
  • Refine fermentation conditions (temperature, pH, oxygen levels, stirring, nutrient supply)
  • Evaluate fermentation outcomes through microbiological and physicochemical assessments
  • Collaborate with the Biological Engineering team to analyze and interpret experimental data
Candidate Profile: Ideal candidates will possess a background in microbiology, with practical laboratory experience, ideally in the domain of food microbiology. Must be a collaborative team member, flexible, organized, and attentive to detail.

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in French and/or English is required.
