The Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Agent to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional service to our residents, and contributing to our organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve technical issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other maintenance tasks, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our facilities, including equipment, systems, and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements.
Requirements
- Hold a CAP certification in the building trades or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in maintenance and repair roles, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality of work.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
