Responsabilités- Définition de la Stratégie Produit : Collaborer étroitement avec la Directrice Produit pour élaborer et affiner la stratégie produit, en veillant à ce qu'elle soit alignée avec les objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Modélisation des Analytiques Produit : Utiliser des outils analytiques pour modéliser les données produit et en tirer des insights pertinents qui guideront les décisions stratégiques.
- Mise en Place de la Stratégie de Product Discovery : Travailler avec l'équipe Design pour élaborer des stratégies de découverte produit, en intégrant des méthodes comme les interviews utilisateurs, les tests guerrilla et les tests utilisateurs.
- Création et Gestion de la Roadmap Produit : Développer une roadmap produit claire et cohérente, assurant le suivi et la priorisation des initiatives.
- Gestion du Delivery : Superviser la livraison des projets, garantissant leur conformité aux attentes des parties prenantes et leur alignement avec la vision produit.
- Mise en Place de Dashboards Analytiques : Créer des tableaux de bord analytiques pour suivre les performances et fournir des informations exploitables.
- Communication Interne et Externe : Assurer une communication fluide et efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes, tant internes qu'externes.
- Participation à la Stratégie de Marque : Collaborer avec l'équipe Marketing/Growth pour définir et renforcer la stratégie de marque.
- Expertise en Gestion de Produit : Vous avez une capacité avérée à définir et à porter une vision produit auprès des équipes, avec plus de 5 ans d'expérience significative en Product Management.
- Compétences en Product Discovery : Vous maîtrisez les techniques de découverte produit et avez une solide expérience en expérience utilisateur.
- Compétence Data : Vous comprenez les logiques de décision basées sur les données et êtes à l'aise avec les outils analytiques.
- Bases Techniques : Vous possédez des connaissances solides en architecture technique et en API.
- Esprit d'équipe et Communication : Vous êtes capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et de communiquer efficacement.
