As a Technical Web Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, availability, and evolution of web and mobile tools for Loire-Atlantique. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining and optimizing web platforms, ensuring code quality, proposing innovative solutions, developing services, and providing operational support.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, evolve, and optimize web platforms to meet business needs
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to development standards
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve web and mobile tools
  • Develop and maintain services to support business operations
  • Document code and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
  • Respect development standards and best practices
  • Perform unit tests to ensure quality and reliability
  • Provide operational support to ensure seamless business operations
  • Manage maintenance contracts to ensure timely and effective maintenance
  • Support users and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met
Expected Competencies:

Technical Skills:

  • Master development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ionic, and Progressive Web App
  • Knowledge of development architectures and system integration functionalities
  • Proficiency in development tracking tools and version control systems
  • Familiarity with development languages, standards, practices, and continuous integration methodologies
  • Understanding of information system architecture and security rules
  • Experience with development tools and technologies
  • Knowledge of web technologies and frameworks
  • Familiarity with system environments and communication protocols
  • Proficiency in production documentation tools and collaborative tools
