We are seeking a highly experienced Treasury Lead to join our team at trgtment, a global Fintech provider. As a Treasury Lead, you will play a key role in designing impactful solutions with leaders in the Fintech space, including tier 1 and tier 2 financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Create and own policies and procedures for all treasury operations in France.
- Develop and implement effective treasury strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of treasury operations with other business functions.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and translate them into practical implications for the business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management on treasury-related matters.
- 10+ years of experience in a regulated Financial services position, with a strong background in finance and operations.
- Proven track record of success in treasury leadership roles, with a focus on regulatory compliance and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
- A competitive salary of up to €140k, plus a 17.5% bonus and RSU scheme.
