About the Role:

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver Assistants. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children, including meeting their basic needs and responding to their needs in a timely and sensitive manner.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of educational projects and initiatives within the organization.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and other stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • 38.5 hours of work per week.
  • Up to 58 days of annual leave.
  • Working hours: 8am to 6:30pm.

Compensation:

The gross monthly salary is approximately €2,335 in the early stages of your career, including allowances, benefits, and premiums.

Requirements:

  • Hold a State Diploma in Caregiver Assistant (DEAP) by no later than October 14, 2024.
  • Meet the general conditions for access to public service.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of public service.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
