About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for developing new products in GaN Technology and creating a wide power devices family for AC-DC converters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create IC specifications based on inputs from strategic marketing and business departments.
- Design and perform simulations of circuits, including analog functions, power devices, and protections. Create and simulate schematics using Cadence Design Virtuoso suite.
- Create product layout and conduct verification's based on the licensed GaN technology design manual.
- Design according to packaging strategy and thermal constraints.
- Launch product prototypes in manufacturing.
- Perform prototype characterization.
- Create technical documentation and test reports.
- Work closely with hardware system design teams and interface with Wise Asian GaN technology partners.
Requirements:
- Graduate engineer or equivalent in electronics or microelectronics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analog IC design, preferably on GaN technology.
- Proficiency in Cadence software tools.
- Basic knowledge on hardware and microelectronics technology.
- Practical electronics or lab experience desired.
- Curious, autonomous, rigorous, preference for teamwork mode.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
