As a key player in our agency's growth, you will be responsible for developing and managing our client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and driving commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the client portfolio, including prospecting new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
  • Identify and structure new business opportunities, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Lead and develop a commercial team, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and integrate top talent.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of consultants, ensuring their satisfaction and performance.
