Your Opportunity
As a participant in the Future Talent Program, you will embark on a meticulously crafted 16-month development journey. This program includes diverse job rotations that will allow you to delve into various sectors of our global business. Throughout this experience, you will enhance your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and practical manner. You will connect with a global network of peers and receive dedicated mentorship focused on your professional growth and personal development. Upon completing the rotations, you will be equipped with the foundational insights necessary to advance your career within our organization, aligning with your interests.
Your Mission
Following the 16-month rotation, which includes a period in Parma (Italy), you will integrate into the engineering team based in Octeville (France). This team is responsible for the design, integration, and enhancement of mechanical and mechatronic subassemblies for blow molding systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Selecting mechatronic concepts that require expertise across multiple technical domains, such as mechanics, electronics, computing, automation, and image processing.
- Designing and sizing intricate functional sub-assemblies.
- Collaborating with automation and electrical departments to ensure cohesive technical solutions.
- Creating, verifying, and archiving all technical documentation related to functional sub-assemblies.
- Optimizing designs based on user feedback.
- Analyzing operational anomalies and assessing design failure modes.
- Engaging in structured design evaluations.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Master's degree or equivalent from an engineering school specializing in electrical systems.
- Less than 2 years of experience post-graduation.
- Comprehensive knowledge in various fields, including mechanics, electronics, IT, automation, and image processing.
- Familiarity with electrical and machine standards relevant to the technology in each country.
- Proficiency in modeling and automation software.
- Fluent in professional English.
- A broad understanding of several functional modules.
- A strong intellectual curiosity and a passion for new technologies.
