About the Role:

GROUPE ATLANTIC is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Commercial Sales Assistant to join our team in Meyzieu, France. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and support the development of sales strategies and plans.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer information, and product inventory.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, is an asset.
