Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Consolidation Manager to spearhead the creation of our consolidation department. As a key member of our finance team, you will work closely with our Head of Accounting and consolidation to guide Qonto through its most critical financial consolidation phase.
Key Responsibilities- Internalize Qonto IFRS consolidation currently managed by our external provider and implement the quarterly Qonto IFRS consolidation changing scope intercompany reconciliation Cashflow Statement Equity OCI IFRS entries.
- Define the closing calendar and the closing instructions and share them with the Accounting and FP&A teams.
- Produce the Qonto IFRS consolidated financial statements including disclosures and coordinate the audit of the IFRS consolidated financial statements.
- Monitor IFRS accounting regulations for Qonto foreseeing impacts on budgeting and long-term plans in particular IFRS 9.
- Support the finance teams in understanding and implementing IFRS standards.
- Implement and keep updated the accounting group standard manual.
- Realize the annual impairment test Goodwill and lead the integration of future M&A targets into our consolidation practices ensuring alignment with IFRS and French GAAP.
- Participate in the foreseeing impact of any operational development new features new product launch etc.
- Participate in the implementation of a new ERP.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in financial consolidation within a listed company or large family group. You should have proficiency in IFRS & French GAAP with a solid background in audit and financial reporting. Excellent communication skills are essential to articulate complex concepts in simple terms.
