En tant que Key Account Manager Prescription et Négoce, vous occupez une fonction essentielle et stratégique au sein de la Direction Commerciale de Michael Page. Votre mission consiste à développer et fidéliser le portefeuille de clients de majors du bâtiment et grands comptes du négoce français.
Missions- Développer et conduire la stratégie commerciale de l'entreprise auprès des grands comptes et contribuer aux choix stratégiques afin d'atteindre les objectifs de croissance du marché.
- Développer la prescription sur le marché français.
- Formuler des stratégies de gestion et les intégrer à travers des plans annuels, afin d'améliorer la rentabilité des comptes et de développer l'activité dans de nouveaux comptes.
- Conclure des accords-cadres de manière professionnelle et innovante avec les grands comptes du négoce professionnel.
- Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions adaptées en coordonnant les équipes internes (vente et produit).
- Participer à des salons du secteur afin de représenter la société et aller à la rencontre de vos principaux clients.
- Assurer une veille permanente et suivre l'évolution des tendances et innovations du marché ainsi que de la concurrence.
Vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans des fonctions commerciales et grands comptes auprès des négoces professionnels. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre proactivité. À l'écoute, vos capacités d'analyse ainsi que votre leadership vous permettent de lier des relations de confiance avec vos différents interlocuteurs. Vous disposez d'un vrai sens de la négociation. Autonome et impliqué dans vos missions, vous avez le goût des défis et êtes orienté « résultats ». La maîtrise de l'espagnol et de l'anglais est indispensable.
