Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team at SKILLS RH. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process payroll data, including fixed and variable elements
  • Prepare and distribute pay slips
  • Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedures
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Create and maintain employee files and records

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and laws
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
