Fire Safety Officer

The CHU de Limoges is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Fire Safety Officer. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patients, staff, and visitors, as well as the security of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assure the safety of individuals and fire safety of assets: Provide assistance to anyone within the establishment, operate the security computer system, and ensure the safety of individuals and assets.
- Prevent fire risks: Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment, educate staff on fire safety procedures, and obtain permits for external contractors.
- Ensure all interventions and missions are carried out in accordance with hospital deontology: Alert and receive emergency services, conduct fire extinguishing operations, and implement emergency response plans.
- Hold a minimum SSIAP 1 diploma
- Hold a PSC 1, PSE 1, or SST diploma or certificate in first aid
- Hold a valid Category B driving license
The successful candidate will be required to work a rotating shift schedule, 7 days a week, with a 12-hour shift pattern. The role will involve working in a team environment, with no on-call duties. The candidate will be required to be mobile and work in various locations within the CHU de Limoges.
