We are seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to join our team at Turner & Townsend Group. As a key member of our cost management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality cost estimates for our clients.
About the Role:- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including conceptual, programming, and detailed levels.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our cost estimates meet the highest standards.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in cost estimation, preferably in the construction, industrial, battery, semi-conductors, pharma, and/or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, including MEP, clean/dry rooms, and civils, structural, and architectural aspects.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in English language, with French language skills an advantage.
