As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading a field crew of 1-5 people, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of utility pole inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise a team of field technicians.
• Maintain all tools, vehicles, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Meet or exceed safety, quality, and production goals.
• Collect and analyze field data to inform daily and weekly reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate and supervise a team.
• Ability to safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as needed.
