Job Title: Procurement Specialist

• Transform purchase requests into orders within the ERP system following the buyer's guidelines
• Oversee order confirmations
• Track and follow up with vendors regarding shipment statuses
• Address invoice discrepancies and resolve issues with suppliers
• Maintain organized order documentation

Main Duties:

• Receive and evaluate purchase requests ensuring adherence to established protocols
• Process purchase requests in line with negotiated agreements with preferred vendors
• Create and manage procurement documentation
• Issue purchase orders in the information system based on agreed terms
• Coordinate with requestors to monitor supplier deliveries
• Compile data for assessing supplier performance
