We're seeking a seasoned engineering leader to join our team as a Customer Support Engineering Manager. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team of backend and frontend engineers, with potential for mobile engineers in the future.
Key Responsibilities- Build and lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver exceptional help experiences for Vinted users.
- Support the growth and development of team members to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering initiatives that drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement technical strategies to improve help content and customer support processes.
- 25 working days of holiday
