Job Summary
Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and controlling warehouse operations to ensure efficient inventory management and cost-effective delivery of shipment volume objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement warehouse operations plans to meet business objectives.
- Coordinate and manage receipt, issue, and disposal of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods inventories.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and operational requirements are consistently applied.
- Provide and maintain materials handling and movement equipment and facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Lead optimum utilization of warehouse space and conduct regular capacity plan reviews.
- Manage and control stock replenishment at distributors' warehouses and analyze inventory movements to ensure manageable inventory levels.
- Develop and implement overhead budgets to define cost boundaries for efficient warehouse operations.
- Monitor and control materials wastage and variance to generate productivity savings.
- Ensure strong governance and compliance requirements are in place, including warehouse audits, ISO, FSSC, and quality management system audits.
- Be accountable for talent, capabilities, and engagement for the team and responsible for identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management, and handling material movement equipment.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office and experience in ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
