Position Overview:

Interaction Dinan is currently looking for a Line Supervisor for a prominent player in the industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee operations and ensure the efficient functioning of the production line. Reporting directly to the Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team: managing schedules, addressing absences, promoting team cohesion, and providing support for personnel inquiries
• Onboarding new team members, training them in accordance with internal protocols, and fostering individual skill enhancement
• Conducting daily team briefings
• Directing product flow based on operational conditions
• Communicating issues to management and collaborating with support departments
• Participating in process optimization and proposing operational improvements
• Facilitating effective communication between your team and other departments

Comprehensive training will be provided for this role. The position involves shifts in a 2*8 schedule: 5:18-13:12 / 13:31-21:25.
