Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an SCCM and Intune Specialist (M/F).
Your Responsibilities
As an expert in the Windows ecosystem, your role will involve:
- Developing and refining workplace images (Windows Master) through SCCM task sequences,
- Planning and executing the deployment of these packages across various architectures utilizing SCCM,
- Managing the daily operations of deployment platforms and their components, as well as client applications in an automated deployment setting,
- Addressing client requests, modifications, and complex incidents while adhering to contractual obligations,
- Providing support to level 3 teams on Intune,
- Ensuring the operational maintenance of deployment platforms,
- Collaborating with project managers to implement new platforms or enhance existing ones,
- Documenting actions, procedures, and technical evolution proposals effectively,
- Proactively working towards the industrialization and reliability of platforms for both internal and client use.
With a higher education degree (BAC+5) in computer science, you bring at least 5 years of relevant experience.
You stay updated on technological advancements in your field and their ecosystems.
You will play a pivotal role in advocating for the SCCM/Intune approach within our infrastructure.
Required Skills
To excel in this position, you should be proficient in the following areas:
- Microsoft Windows and Windows Server environments,
- Microsoft Intune,
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM),
- Powershell scripting,
- Strong English language skills (written and spoken) are advantageous.
