IBM est à la recherche d'un consultant SAP BTP expérimenté pour rejoindre son équipe de spécialistes en technologies de l'information. Votre Rôle et ResponsabilitésEn tant que consultant SAP BTP, vous serez en contact direct avec les clients et serez responsable de la vente, de la direction et de la mise en œuvre de services d'experts utilisant l'ensemble des offres et des technologies d'IBM. Vous travaillerez à l'élaboration de solutions qui excellent en termes d'expérience utilisateur, de style, de performance, de fiabilité et d'évolutivité afin de réduire les coûts et d'améliorer les bénéfices et la valeur actionnariale.
Principales Responsabilités- Mise en œuvre stratégique de SAP BTP : Diriger la stratégie de la conception et la mise en œuvre de solutions SAP spécialement conçues pour les besoins de nos clients.
- Développement et intégration de solutions complètes : Utiliser votre expertise en SAP HANA et dans les technologies connexes pour développer des solutions 'End to End' et les intégrer de manière transparente dans le domaine BTP.
- Engagement collaboratif des parties prenantes : S'engager et collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes, incluant les clients et les équipes interfonctionnelles, afin de recueillir les besoins, d'évaluer les défis business et d'élaborer des solutions qui optimisent les processus à l'aide de SAP HANA.
- Expérience confirmée d'au moins 9 années sur des projets SAP (idéalement HANA), de préférence au sein d'un cabinet de conseil.
- Expérience des phases de conception et de construction de projets.
- Autonomie dans la gestion de ses activités et capable d'accompagner et de conseiller des collègues plus jeunes.
- Compétences en matière de conseil et de présentation (y compris dans le cadre de la participation à la rédaction de propositions commerciales).
- Capacité à piloter une équipe de 5 à 10 contributeurs sur le domaine d'expertise.
- Proactivité, curiosité, créativité, et sens des priorités.
- Adaptabilité avec le sens du collectif et du relationnel.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais.
