AKG France S.A.S, our French subsidiary founded in 1992, provides customized technical solutions for high-efficiency cooling systems. Our products serve a wide range of sectors, including construction machinery, compressors, agricultural and forestry equipment, mining machinery, rail transport, and military vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves overseeing and producing the financial reports of the organization while equipping management with essential decision-making tools for strategic planning.
- Oversee and/or manage the comprehensive accounting and financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of both general and analytical accounting, while adhering to accounting and tax regulations set by the group;
- Direct the budgeting process in alignment with group guidelines, establishing benchmarks for the organization to evaluate actual versus planned performance and adjust practices as necessary;
- Design, implement, and monitor industrial and commercial control systems, utilizing key performance indicators and dashboards to enhance operational and strategic management, thereby optimizing organizational performance;
- Facilitate effective internal and external financial communication, ensuring the smooth flow of information among stakeholders, including headquarters, management, employees, accountants, auditors, and service providers;
- Manage daily departmental operations, focusing on the professional development of team members through recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to align resources with organizational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of experience with a BAC+4 in finance and accounting or BAC+2;
- Proficiency in French as a native language, with advanced skills in German (C1) and/or English (C1);
- Strong expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, with some familiarity with ERP Pay;
- Results-oriented mindset;
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Demonstrated leadership and entrepreneurial spirit;
- Experience in performance management;
- Commitment to exemplary conduct.
