We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director General to lead our organization, Fédération APAJH, in achieving our mission to promote inclusivity and support individuals with disabilities.

• Strategic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and strategic objectives.
• Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, including human resources, finances, and infrastructure.
• External Relations: Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and the community, to promote the organization's interests and achieve our goals.
• Change Management: Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to our operations.
• Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring that our teams are motivated, engaged, and delivering high-quality results.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or healthcare organization.
• Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, public health, or social sciences.
