Site Supervisor

Dynamic RH is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our client's team in Bourgoin-Jallieu.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the site supervisor, overseeing, coordinating, and supervising a team of workers on-site.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Preparing the construction site according to specific constraints and regulations.
• Monitoring the progress of tasks and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Restoring the surrounding area after project completion.

Essential Skills and Experience:

You should possess a comprehensive understanding of various techniques employed in second-phase construction sites, including:

• Implementing horizontal structures such as foundations, screeds, slabs, and floors.
• Assembling and positioning reinforcement elements within concrete.
• Manufacturing and installing formwork for concrete pouring.
• Pouring concrete and other mortars accurately.
• Performing masonry work by assembling materials like bricks, blocks, plaster tiles, etc., using binders such as cement and plaster.
• Preparing and applying coatings on various interior or exterior surfaces (façades).
• Creating openings in masonry structures for windows and doors.
• Carrying out renovation, rubble laying, slab casting, and interior/exterior plastering tasks.

A strong understanding of site safety rules and regulations is essential, along with relevant experience in a similar position.
