Position: Quality, Safety, and Environment Specialist
Axians Réseaux d'accès Bretagne is seeking a skilled Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) Specialist for a pivotal role within our organization. This position focuses on overseeing and enhancing safety measures, while also managing essential safety tracking systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce QSE policies and protocols in alignment with Axians standards.
- Facilitate and lead safety training and awareness programs for employees.
- Engage in risk evaluation processes and implement strategies to foster a secure workplace.
- Track safety metrics and generate comprehensive performance reports.
- Administer safety tracking systems and ensure they are consistently updated.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulatory standards (training, authorizations, personal protective equipment, tools, regulatory adherence).
- Stay informed on current norms and regulations.
- Create and oversee audit mechanisms to assess the achievement of QSE objectives.
- Produce QSE reports and dashboards for management review.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in higher education (Bac +2 to Bac +5) and have 5 to 10 years of proven experience in safety, quality, and environmental management, preferably within the construction, energy, or telecommunications sectors.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and QSE standards is essential. The candidate should have experience in conducting training sessions, excellent communication skills to engage various stakeholders, and the ability to motivate staff on QSE matters.
