Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Building Diagnostic Specialist to join our team in Vélizy (78). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting building diagnostics and ensuring high-quality services for our clients.
You will work closely with our production team and be responsible for:
- Preparing for site visits, including verifying client information and collecting technical documents
- Conducting on-site diagnostics, following established procedures and protocols
- Writing detailed reports and delivering them to clients in a timely manner
You will work in a dynamic team of 22 professionals, covering the Yvelines (78), Eure-et-Loir (28), and Essonne (91) regions.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Building Diagnostic Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing for site visits, including verifying client information and collecting technical documents
- Conducting on-site diagnostics, following established procedures and protocols
- Writing detailed reports and delivering them to clients in a timely manner
You will work in a dynamic team, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of building diagnostics and inspection principles
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving license (B permit)
