- Exhibit and promote exemplary conduct concerning Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (H3SE) policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with H3SE training requirements.
- Uphold and advocate for Company Ethics and the "Code of Conduct" policy, reinforcing the Anti-Corruption Program throughout the service execution.
- Stay informed about UFR-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR's/GS's), international standards, and norms, extracting applicable requirements for the UFR package.
- Identify, implement, and oversee any studies or surveys necessary for pipeline engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, and installation.
- Define, develop, issue, and maintain all essential technical documentation related to the UFR package, while also supporting the development and maintenance of key Project Management documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) concerning pipelines.
- Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification, pre-commissioning, and commissioning aspects are adequately addressed during various engineering phases by timely reviewing and validating relevant UFR documentation issued by Contractors.
- Ensure that HSE&Q considerations are appropriately managed in all UFR technical documentation, raising comments and highlighting any deviations or unacceptable design choices that could impact UFR equipment.
- Act as a technical reference for Contractors, coordinating all pipeline activities and providing guidance to personnel regarding their roles and responsibilities.
- Oversee the supervision and control of the fabrication and testing of all pipeline equipment across multiple fabrication yards, ensuring that QA/QC and H3SE project policies are implemented and that Contractors meet contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with other Package teams (FPSO, SPS, etc.) on interface matters with the support of the Interface Manager/Leader(s).
- Supervise and control the follow-up of testing and qualification activities performed by Contractors, as well as the pre-commissioning and commissioning of all UFR equipment.
- Participate in project reviews as requested by referential bodies.
- Ensure safe working practices are maintained within the team throughout all project phases.
- Provide timely and adequate reporting to the UFR Manager, including consolidation reports, concerns, and issues.
- Assist the UFR Manager in managing relations with Concessionaire/Partners regarding UFR technical matters, preparing for and participating in Workshops/Committee meetings as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of all UFR documentation produced.
- Gather 'lessons learned' and provide feedback to other client entities as necessary, participating in GPI/Project close-out activities.
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Strong inclination towards Project management.
- 15 to 20 years of experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projects, particularly in UFR engineering, construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Proficient in deepwater and high-temperature, high-pressure developments.
- Ability to work collaboratively, managing relationships effectively with the GPI team and external teams.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to cost optimization in GPI/Project activities.
- Proactive, autonomous, and energetic work ethic.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
- At least 10 years of experience within projects.
