**Job Responsibilities**
- **Product Sourcing and Supplier Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- **Product Assortment and Development**: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop product assortments that meet customer needs and market trends.
- **Communication and Promotional Activities**: Maintain effective communication and promotional activities with stores to drive sales and customer engagement.
- **Marketing Campaigns and Performance Analysis**: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and analyze their performance metrics.
- **Product Database and Pricing Management**: Update and maintain product databases and pricing information to ensure accuracy and consistency.
**Requirements**
The ideal candidate should have previous experience as a Product Manager or Assistant Product Manager in a similar environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Fluency in English is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
