We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team at Capijobnew. As a key member of our Data Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in helping us maximize our efficiency by enabling easy and permanent access to quality data, valuable insights, and rigorous thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Work with our team of ten analysts on different areas, including Supply topics, to ensure proper adoption of metrics and reports built with an internal go-to market strategy.
- Develop and maintain a state-of-the-art tech stack, including AirFlow, Snowflake, and Tableau, to provide actionable insights to all teams at Capijobnew.
- Collaborate with our Data Analyst intern to help with Supply topics and ensure seamless integration with our existing processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful beta-testing, training, and continuous optimization of our metrics and reports.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a quantitative or business field, such as Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst position.
- Proficiency in SQL and basic knowledge of reporting software, ideally Tableau.
