Join Our Team as a Systems Integration & Test Lead

As a Systems Integration & Test Lead, you'll play a crucial role in defining and implementing testing, integration, and assembly strategies across our products and at our BioPod factory. You'll work closely with a diverse team of specialists, technicians, and engineers to design and optimize our testing and assembly line, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of Biopods to our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing test plans, procedures, and providing operational support to teams
  • Collaborating with engineers and technicians to optimize designs for integration, testing, and manufacturability
  • Defining testing and integration strategy, establishing requirements, and performing associated estimates and schedules
  • Specifying test equipment required
  • Performing and organizing testing and integration at the facility

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline and at least 7+ years of experience in testing, integration, and assembly. You should have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and experience leading multidisciplinary development and verification tests.
