Job Description

Osborne Clarke - Partnership is seeking an experienced Mergers and Acquisitions Associate to join our dynamic team in Paris. As a key member of our Corporate/M&A Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with their business transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of domestic, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional sales and acquisitions;
  • Support the negotiation of joint ventures and shareholders' agreements;
  • Contribute to the implementation of management packages and intra-group reorganizations;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored advice;
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes affecting our clients' businesses.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international law firm or a large business law firm;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp complex business issues and develop effective solutions;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines;
  • Fluency in English, with a strong command of business terminology and concepts.
