Product Owner Onestream Job Description

Accor Tech & Digital is the driving force behind Accor's technology, digital business, and transformation. As a Product Owner Onestream, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of hospitality technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain OneStream EPM solutions, ensuring they meet industry standards and compliance requirements.
  • Manage a team of developers and functional teams, including goal setting, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Oversee integrations, scalability, security, performance, and system reliability.
  • Supervise hosting and managing third-party technical providers.
  • Ensure platform security and compliance, including Privacy Policy and GDPR.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Lead technical discussions and develop plans to improve the quality of the Accor solution, system design, and development processes.
  • Establish and oversee the product development lifecycle, including gathering requirements, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Maintain a practical approach to software architecture, design, and programming.
  • Monitor new technological trends and best practices, integrating them into the design and development of new systems and features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and anomalies in development, testing, and production environments.
  • Define project roadmaps to ensure scalability, consistent performance levels, and solution sustainability.
  • Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy and projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in systems consolidation, group reporting, and management control.
  • Strong understanding of FP&A process maintenance and financial consolidation across multiple applications.
  • Knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management) and financial processes (general ledger, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, planning, etc.).
  • Proven track record in managing application teams across various projects.
  • Proficiency in OneStream software and EPM tools and business intelligence infrastructures.
  • Soft skills: proficiency in English, demonstrated leadership ability, results-oriented approach, excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in project management.
