Our client, a specialist in national and regional transportation as well as logistics, is looking for a Transport Operations Manager Assistant to oversee and coordinate the regional service operation.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supervising the operation planning based on orders;
- Coordinating the activity of drivers;
- Designing routes to optimize the transportation of goods;
- Ensuring customer relations and designing service modalities based on their needs;
- Analyzing activity data and conducting studies to improve performance;
- Monitoring the budget to optimize the profitability of the operation;
- Supervising the administrative management of personnel.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a higher education degree in Transport and at least 5 years of experience in managing a transportation operation. They must be proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Excelium) and have experience in conducting studies and analyzing profitability.
