This role involves the development and execution of a comprehensive maintenance strategy that guarantees the functionality and safety of machinery while adhering to budgetary constraints. The supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations, security protocols, and enhancement of production tools within the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and Oversee Maintenance Operations
  • Establish and manage a preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for various machinery, equipment, and facilities, prioritizing safety and production needs through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Maintain effective relationships with equipment manufacturers and suppliers for maintenance parts and tools.
  • Monitor maintenance activities, suggesting enhancements to machine efficiency regarding costs and operational rates.
  • Administer the maintenance budget effectively.
Team Leadership
  • Organize and manage team operations, including administrative tasks, training, and motivation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Educate staff on preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance practices.
Anticipate and Adapt to Technological Changes
  • Conduct technological monitoring and manage technical documentation.
  • Prepare budgets for short, medium, and long-term development, research, and investment projects.
  • Negotiate and oversee investment and construction initiatives.
Expected Outcomes
  • In maintenance: high-quality interventions, timely task completion while respecting production schedules, and a reduction in emergency repairs.
  • In new projects: adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.
QualificationsA qualification at level 6 or 7 in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is preferred. The ideal candidate is versatile, responsive, and detail-oriented, demonstrating adaptability and a desire for increased responsibilities. Upon joining, candidates will receive internal training on industry-specific topics, supplemented by training within other divisions of the organization.

  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during interventions.
  • Application and enforcement of technical and regulatory standards.
  • Quality control of maintenance activities.

  • Negotiation skills with suppliers, supported by the purchasing department.
