Contexte Client :

Dans le cadre de son développement, Econocom recherche pour son entité Workplace Infra Innovation un(e) Project Management Officer IA H/F qui sera en charge d'accompagner et organiser la gestion de la demande des projets IA et plus largement des projets de digitalisation des métiers de nos clients.

Le PMO travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le responsable du département data, un Product Owner interne dédié aux sujets data & IA ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties prenantes (Innovation, Recherche, etc). Il sera également en relation avec le reste de l'écosystème de la gouvernance des projets IA dans l'entreprise.

Dans ce cadre, le PMO aura la responsabilité de :

Organiser et structurer la gestion de la demande des projets IA.

Piloter le backlog de cas d'utilisation IA en suivant l'avancement et le respect des échéances.

Coordonner et relancer les différents acteurs.

Assurer de la prise en charge rapide et efficace des nouveaux cas d'utilisation IA.

Veiller à la complétude des éléments attendus à chaque étape, notamment l'évaluation de la valeur.

Suivre rigoureusement le processus de décision de la gouvernance IA.

Produire les KPI permettant de piloter et rendre compte de la performance de la gestion de la demande.

Assurer la communication pour faire connaître la gestion de la demande auprès des parties prenantes.

Préparer et animer les comités de pilotage et les réunions de suivi IA.

Profil

PROFIL :

  • Qualification : 7 à 10 ans d'expérience sur des projets de transformation, digitalisation, data et/ou IA.
  • Technical skills : Capacité à piloter des projets. Excellentes compétences en communication pour assurer la coordination et l'animation des différentes parties prenantes. Compréhension des concepts et des technologies de l'IA pour pouvoir challenger dans son rôle de PMO les besoins métiers et expliquer les résultats. Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais.
  • Soft skills : Rigueur, capacité d'organisation et d'anticipation. Aisance relationnelle, communicationnelle et pédagogique. Capacité à travailler en équipe. Bonne connaissance des outils de gestion de projet (MS Project, Primavera, Agile).
