Position: ServiceNow Test Engineer
Experience Required: 2 - 4 years in ServiceNow testing
Under moderate supervision, the ServiceNow Test Engineer will perform a comprehensive range of quality assurance tests and analyze results to ensure that software meets or exceeds established standards and user requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute test cases/scripts.
- Possess knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and various tools, including defect management and application lifecycle tools relevant to the project.
- Log defects with detailed descriptions and supporting documentation. Generate test metrics and track defects to resolution.
- Maintain test cases/scripts and data for assigned scenarios.
- Meet design and execution benchmarks.
- Participate in peer reviews, test planning, and reporting activities.
- Adhere to testing policies and guidelines, understanding the relevant tools and technologies defined for the project.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more areas, such as manual or automated testing.
- Support the implementation of Testing Lifecycle Management best practices and automation initiatives.
- Interface primarily with the Agile Scrum Master and Test Lead for project-specific information and guidance.
- Mentor junior testers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
