Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning (EPCC) projects in France and internationally.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, adhering to industry best practices.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the nuclear industry or related sectors.
- A strong engineering background with a solid understanding of technical principles.
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in various project management methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards shared goals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
